Kurdistan University of Medical Sciences ranked 301-350 in the latest edition of
THE Asia Rankings.

Dr. Zarezadeh, director of international affairs of Kurdistan University of Medical
Sciences, reported that in the THE Asia Rankings universities are judged across all
their core missions – teaching, research, knowledge transfer, international outlook,
and industry – to provide the most comprehensive and balanced comparisons
according to 18 performance indicators. The 2024 ranking includes 739 universities
from 31 territories.
He explained that the Asia rank results has brought joy, hope, and pride to the
University so that all the authorities, faculty members, staff, and students are
aspiring to achieve better academic performance standards.
Dr. Zarezadeh stated that enhancing international standards in teaching and research
is the result of constant efforts of the University authorities, faculty members, and
staff. All the University members hope to continue this trend by implementing the
strategic plan of the University promptly
